Frank Devenney

Health & Safety Manager

Frank Devenney joined ABM in April 2008, and is responsible for the Company’s health & safety Department.  Frank has worked in the construction industry for the past 35 years, primarily managing large scaffolding companies in the UK but has also been involved in the organisation and supervision of Health & Safety on site since 1996.  Focusing on this background, Frank worked on a variety of projects in the UK, including the construction of the Thames Barrier and the decommissioning of a nuclear power station in Essex.  Since returning to Ireland, Frank has worked on several large projects such as the Sports Crann building in Trinity College Dublin - value €27m - and has more recently carried out the role of PSCS Coordinator on the €200m Irish Cement Kiln 3-Project in Drogheda.
