This 70,000 sq ft (6,500 m2), 16-unit own-door office complex was designed and built by ABM Construction at a cost of €5 million, to a high level of specification.
The ‘own door’ units range in size between 2,885 sq ft and 6,000 sq ft (i.e. from 268 sq m to 557 sq m). Each is fitted with Cat 5 computer cabling, and offers easy access to the T50 and North Western Digital Corridor fibre optic networks.
Common features in all units include a tea station, audio intercom entry system, burglar alarm system, gas fired central heating, and carpeting throughout.
Design features include cherry wood veneer entrance doors, white oak veneer internal doors with chrome door handles. Windows are double glazed. Down lighting is installed throughout.
On–site facilities include a creche, restaurant, convenience store and ATM.

ABM Commences Social Housing Project in Gloucester Street
ABM have commenced a social housing project at Gloucester Street in Dublin. The project, for National Association of Building Co-Operatives (NABCO) Society Ltd, consists of the construction of 19 cooperative social housing units in three, four and five storey buildings together with a self contained 30m2 committee room all of which are being erected on an existing sub structure forming part of a basement car-park over the whole area of the site.

ABM have commenced on-site with 3 no. Design & Build/Rapid Build Schools for the DoES. The schools, based in Drogheda, Newbridge and Galway were secured against strong competition. ABM’s vast experience in the educational sector and success in completing 3 previous Rapid Build Schools for the DoES at Rochestown, Athy and Kellystown, along with realistic programming and pricing strategies secured them these much sought after projects.
