Project: St. Killian’s Euro Campus, Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14
Work involved the construction of a €3.65million-16 Classroom School extension with new entrance and administration areas to the existing fee-paying primary and secondary school at the well known St. Kilian’s (German School) Eurocampus site at Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh. The school also shares facilities at junior cycle secondary level with Lycee Francais d’Irlande (French School).

ABM Commences Social Housing Project in Gloucester Street
ABM have commenced a social housing project at Gloucester Street in Dublin. The project, for National Association of Building Co-Operatives (NABCO) Society Ltd, consists of the construction of 19 cooperative social housing units in three, four and five storey buildings together with a self contained 30m2 committee room all of which are being erected on an existing sub structure forming part of a basement car-park over the whole area of the site.

ABM Commences Tranche 1a Rapid Build Schools
ABM have commenced on-site with 3 no. Design & Build/Rapid Build Schools for the DoES. The schools, based in Drogheda, Newbridge and Galway were secured against strong competition. ABM’s vast experience in the educational sector and success in completing 3 previous Rapid Build Schools for the DoES at Rochestown, Athy and Kellystown, along with realistic programming and pricing strategies secured them these much sought after projects.
