Construction work has begun on a number of ABM’s Design & Build Developments for both the HSE & Department of Education
and Science.
HSE Community Nursing Care Units:
– 100 Bed Unit at Clonskeagh Hospital, Clonskeagh, Dublin.
– 50 Bed Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital, Gurranabraher, Cork.
– Work will shortly begin on a further 100 Bed Unit at St. Brendan’s Loughrea, Co Galway.
2 further 50 Bed Units at St. Michael’s Estate, Inchacore, Dublin 8 and at Creagh, Roscommon Rd, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
Department of Education and Science Fastrack/System Build Schools:
– 16 Classroom School at Kellystown, Dublin 15
– 8 Classroom School at Tomard, Kilberry, Athy, Co. Kildare
And work will shortly begin on a further 8 Classroom School at Rochestown, Cork.

On Friday 7th November ABM Bridge Systems’ project for the Renault Formula 1 Team scooped a major accolade for their design, supply and erection of a Matière CM4 25/225 x 65m Long precast structure used in the F1 Teams Computational Aerodynamic Research Centre’ or ‘CAR Centre’.

Pupils at the new Scoil Choilm Community National School, Porterstown Road, Kellystown, Dublin 15, entered their gleaming new classrooms on Monday last (September 1st 2008) just 14 weeks from the date of the pouring of the ground floor slab back in May.
