Pat O’Neill has over 20 years experience in the construction industry.
In the mid–80’s, Pat successfully established and operated a mid–sized construction firm in New York, U.S.A.
Upon returning to Ireland in the early 90’s, Pat, along with his fellow directors Sean Minihane and Brendan O’Neill, established ABM Construction.
For the past 14 years Pat has acted in the role of Construction Director for a range of projects of varying scale and complexity. He has headed up various experienced construction teams over the years and is regarded by clients and design teams alike as a knowledgeable and practical professional with a “can-do” attitude.
BACK TO PEOPLELocated on the existing site of a derelict 19th Century British Army Barracks, ABM is currently undertaking enabling works in preparation for future refurbishment works which are planned for the historic barracks building.
ABM has recently completed 2 no. Community Nursing Units. The 100-bed Clonskeagh development consisted of the demolition of two existing single-storey buildings and the construction of a community nursing unit at the south western corner of the site.
