Description
Prestigious resdiential development comprising of 52 Exclusive suites. Facilities include: 24 hr Concierge, Business Suite, Residents only Health Club and Spa, Private Lutyen Style Formal Gardens, Swimming Pool, 119 Club Room and 24 hour security.
These contracts were secured against submissions from a number of competing contracting companies and the award was made to ABM on the basis of quality of design, value for money and speed of construction. These were all critical criteria laid down in the prequalification requirements from the DoES
Schools at Porterstown Road Blanchardstown and Athy are completed and work is under way on the construction of the System Build - 8 classroom primary school Rochestown, Cork.
