Description
Construction of a 50 Bedroom nursing care facility which includes dining areas, day rooms, physiotherapy centre, prayer and “quiet” room and administration areas for nursing staff.
These contracts were secured against submissions from a number of competing contracting companies and the award was made to ABM on the basis of quality of design, value for money and speed of construction. These were all critical criteria laid down in the prequalification requirements from the DoES
Schools at Porterstown Road Blanchardstown and Athy are completed and work is under way on the construction of the System Build - 8 classroom primary school Rochestown, Cork.
Located on the existing site of a derelict 19th Century British Army Barracks, ABM is currently undertaking enabling works in preparation for future refurbishment works which are planned for the historic barracks building.
ABM has recently completed 2 no. Community Nursing Units. The 100-bed Clonskeagh development consisted of the demolition of two existing single-storey buildings and the construction of a community nursing unit at the south western corner of the site.
