In April 2003 we began construction work on LittleWood, an exclusive development of 79 apartments and penthouses in Stepaside village, which is located at the foot of the Dublin Mountains. SIZE: 68,000 sq. ft
The five apartment blocks, all of which have underground car parking, are set in landscaped grounds, which are in turn surrounded by an area of outstanding natural beauty including amenities such as Fernhill Gardens – a popular tourist attraction located just across the road from LittleWood. In line with our strict practice of maintaining a tight control on all construction costs, our design incorporated a precast concrete load-bearing inner leaf on the external wall.
In every aspect of the construction of LittleWood we have displayed particular sensitivity to the surrounding environment. This, combined with paying close attention to both internal and external aesthetic design details, has assumed great importance.
