Design & build of a new national school. The school comprises of a three storey building in two separate classroom blocks with ancillaries which will form a teaching area of 24 classrooms and a new gymnasium. ABM Design & Build devised an alternative construction method in order to meet with the expected completion of Phase 1 of this project in time for the school year, December 2005.
Located on the existing site of a derelict 19th Century British Army Barracks, ABM is currently undertaking enabling works in preparation for future refurbishment works which are planned for the historic barracks building.
ABM has recently completed 2 no. Community Nursing Units. The 100-bed Clonskeagh development consisted of the demolition of two existing single-storey buildings and the construction of a community nursing unit at the south western corner of the site.
