The latest phase of ABM Precast Solutions’ improved office technology takes the company one step closer to the ‘paper-less office’.

Using Workspace to review the latest updates to a client’s requirements
‘Workspace’ is a system designed specifically for the construction supply chain, using robust, industry standard Microsoft technologies. The software is helping ABM Precast Solutions to manage an increasingly large and complex workload and constantly maintain control of the developing nature of it’s clients demands.
Initially, the software was introduced as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to help ensure rapid enquiry response and timely follow up, but this latest phase of the deployment takes in the whole business with document and project management tools being introduced. With over 8,500 documents already being managed electronically, it’s easy to see the benefits which the system can bring. All relevant employees have instant access to the latest revisions of drawings and specifications and can easily track actions, e-mails, letters and faxes relating to a particular project within the system.
Working with developer and supplier, Union Square Software, the package has been tailored to fit ABM’s exact needs and will shortly be roled out across the whole of ABM Europe’s businesses.
