Our Quality Policy has been at the heart of our business for the last ten years.

ABM Precast Solutions is fully committed to the quality culture that exists throughout every aspect of our operations.

This Policy is implemented through a Quality Management system, adherence to which is mandatory for all ABM employees.  This system is under constant review and is audited both internally and externally by NQA.

Key elements of our Quality Plan include:

Clear identification of personnel responsible for site management; safety; inspection/testing of works, and verification of such tests.

Meticulous execution of document control procedures including the maintenance of a comprehensive drawings register, the date stamping of documents and the archiving of files and other records.

Consistent observance of agreed procurement policies.

Strict enforcement of procedures for authorisation of any variations to contract.

Ready accessibility to certification relating to calibration work carried out on all test and measuring equipment.
